  • Advisor

    Matt has over 25 years of executive experience spanning executive search, capital raising, entrepreneurship, and operations. In the world of search, his focus has been on securing talent at VP-level and above for scaleup technology companies across Europe and the US. Having started his career with Michael Page International, he has more recently become the “go-to” search consultant for several new of the most exciting scaleup technology companies in the EU and Silicon Valley. He is a keen (but average) golfer, plays badminton regularly and loves cooking and a good bottle of wine.

  • Founder and Managing Director

    Flora has a background in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Psychology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Business Administration and Digital Marketing at the University of Amsterdam. She spent several years working for Korn Ferry, as well as running her own property management business. In her free time you can find her doing pilates and hiking, traveling to a new country, or trying the latest restaurant in town.
